Lemanik Asset Management Taps Linedata for Compliance Monitoring

Luxembourg asset manager deploys Linedata Compliance for UCITS and AIFM directives, but will manage its own reporting functions.

Luxembourg
Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lemanik Asset Management has approximately $20 under management.

To comply with the Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) directives, which impose further controls and transparency disciplines on asset managers, Lemanik will use the Linedata Compliance solution while managing reporting itself.

The Linedata platform provides monitoring functionality of investment restrictions and alerts, which might relate to regulatory or legal constraints, or restrictions imposed by the management company, while also monitoring exceptions.

"We can export the results and use them to produce our reports. This tool is flexible, easy-to-use and fully customisable," says Jennifer Collin, risk manager at Lemanik Asset Management, in a statement. "Linedata's proximity to Luxembourg and its delivery experience team were also key factors in our choice."
