IPC, TeleWare Announce Mobile Compliance Alliance

Capital markets firms with be able to monitor and cloud-store their traders' calls, thanks to the IPC-TeleWare alliance.

The IPC offering, MVR, provides a platform for financial organizations to meet the call-recording elements for mobile communications in accordance with new regulatory requirements driven by Mifid in the UK and the Dodd-Frank Act in the US and Canada.

According to IPC, the SIM-based offering records and stores mobile voice and SMS traffic without impacting the trader's call experience, while still managing the security and the policy control needed by the firm and required by the industry's
