'Dynamic' Ucits Beget Questions of Internal Data Governance, Administration

A study by London-based consultancy Ovum in December highlights a few of the reasons why navigating Ucits IV compliance is challenging. Increased competition for administration, jurisdictional issues with funds "passported" across borders, and, above all, higher reporting requirements, have placed a premium squarely on data governance as funds look to burgeon their assets in a tough 2013 environment, further blanketing the continent for marketing opportunities, says the study's author, Ovum
