NICE Releases Robotic Process Automation for Compliance Investigations

Robotic process automation is seen to cut down on inefficient manual tasks.

The company launched its robotic process automation technology for its Enterprise Risk Case Manager solution, an extension of the technology it already deploys in other products. Robotics can reduce compliance costs and increase investigator productivity, the vendor said.
