LEI Administrator Set to Name Board Members, Interim System Units

The board of the directors of the foundation that will manage the central operating unit (COU) of the legal entity identifier (LEI) is expected to be announced this month and the results of the first three applications by local operating units (LOU) to become part of the interim LEI system will be known in days, according to the leaders of the LEI regulatory oversight committee (ROC).

During a Global Financial Markets Association webinar, Matthew Reed, Washington-based chairman of the ROC, said
