DTCC to Enhance Global Trade Repository for SFTR

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation is prepping for SFTR by enhancing GTR to support securities financing transaction reporting across Europe.

Andrew Douglas, ‎chief executive of the European GTR and managing director of government relations for EMEA/Asia at the DTCC, says the timeline for the new offering depends the European Commission’s announcement of SFTR’s regulatory technical standards.
