NEX Launches Reporting Platform for Revised Emir Requirements

Nex Regulatory Reporting has introduced its new reporting solution, based on updated European derivatives rules

Nex has unveiled its new regulatory solution, aimed at covering the amended requirements of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (Emir), specifically in terms of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives reporting fields. The updates to Emir will take effect from October 28 this year. 

The regulatory technical standards, published by the European Securities and Markets Authority (Esma), on February 1, 2017, include, among others, new values and fields for reporting in the OTC space
