Sell-Side Technology Awards 2017: Entries Extended by a Week

The entry deadline to WatersTechnology's 5th annual Sell-Side Technology Awards has been extended by a week to Monday February 13, 2017.

R3 won the most promising sell-side startup and the best overall product of 2016 is last year's SST Awards. Tim Grant received R3's awards from last year's awards host, Peter King.

Entries to this year's Sell-Side Technology Awards, WatersTechnology's 5th annual awards focusing on the technology provided to sell-side institutions by third-party technology vendors and brokers, will now remain open until of 08.00 (UK time) on Monday February 13. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accpeted.  

Closing date: 08.00 (BST) Monday February 13, 2017.

This year's awards feature a total of 30 individual categories ─ two more than last year ─ 28 of which are now open to receive entries. The final two categories ─ best overall sell-side product for 2017 and best sell-side technology provider for 2017 ─ will be decided by the judging panel and Waters' journalists and will be selected from the winners of the 28 individual categories on offer.

New categories for 2017 include:

  • Best Distributed-Ledger Technology Project
  • Best Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology
  • Best use of the Agile Methodology
  • Best Alliance or Partnership
