Victory Lap: Winners of the BST and SST Awards in 2016

Waters recognizes the best platforms and services for the buy side and the sell side each year and 2016 saw strong contenders. This year also marked the 10th anniversary of the Buy-Side Technology Awards. 

In 2016, Waters handed out 60 awards. The Buy-Side Technology Awards added two new categories: Best Market Surveillance Tool/Platform and Best Distributed Ledger Technology Project, acknowledging the increasing importance of market surveillance and emerging technologies like blockchain to the industry.
