Perseus Debuts Self-Service Performance, Procurement Portal
The portal will enable clients to do online anything they can do via a salesperson, and to obtain more detailed usage and performance metrics.
Perseus has connected several existing internal systems and built a client interface into its own database "so clients can see the same data as us," says Vinko Grskovic, vice president of automation and architecture at Perseus.
