As OCR Requirements Approach, Clarient Aims to Streamline Reporting Demands

Last week Clarient, along with FIA Tech, launched a solution to help with OCR reporting.

The OCR was created to help the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to more effectively monitor participants in the futures and swaps markets with visibility into their positions and trading. Matthew Stauffer, CEO of Clarient Global, the data and documentation utility and a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), tells WatersTechnology that data collected from the buy side will now have to be used to meet a broader set of regulatory obligations.
