LSEG, Boat Services Partner for MiFID II Services

Agreement aims to offer customers a one-stop shop for reporting beyond equities

The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is looking to scale up its transaction reporting capabilities under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), partnering with Boat Regulatory Services to offer a "one-stop shop" to customers.

LSEG announced in September that it had signed a Heads of Terms with Boat. The company says the partnership aims to develop a single, multi-asset, pan-European trade reporting solution to help customers with real-time reporting obligations under MiFID
