Applications Open for LEI Foundation Directors, New Pre-LOUs Announced

The Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC) responsible for coordinating work on the legal entity identifier (LEI) system has opened the application process for becoming a member of the of board of directors of the Global LEI Foundation (GLEIF).

The GLEIF is the not-for-profit body that will be responsible for the operational arm of the LEI system. It will be established in Switzerland.
