The integration will help Pershing's users pre-populate account opening forms with prospect data as they onboard new clients. The new offering comes as three of the 140 broker dealers and registered investment advisors using NetX360, using Redtail for other software needs, have synchronized their CRM systems.
"We are the first custodian to offer this CRM integration with Redtail, and note that Redtail is the first company to integrate its solution in this way via NetX360's open API. Effective client onboarding continues to be a major priority and concern of our clients. One of our key objectives is to simplify the process and help them increase their productivity so they can focus more time on helping their clients achieve their financial goals," says Lucille Mayer, co-CIO of Pershing.
The project is one of several recently initiated by Mayer. BNY Mellon's CIO Suresh Kumar, formerly the head technologist at Pershing, is profiled in this month's Waters.
