Broker-dealer Barclays Capital has added two new vice presidents to its organization. Chris Bylott is now a vice president and IT project manager for global compliance and operational risk, while Ronit Ryba is a vice president and program manager, according to officials. Prior to joining the firm, Bylott was a manager at Ernst & Young, where he aided investment banks in organizational redesigns, planning and execution of complex IT projects and post-acquisition integration.
