GE Capital Boosted by Enterprise Data Warehouse
MIAMISBURG, OHIO - General Electric's financial services unit GE Capital's implementation of a large data warehouse and supporting applications from Ohio-based technology company Teradata has allowed GE Capital to eliminate silos within its business lines and improve data accuracy and accessibility, Inside Reference Data has learned.
GE Capital's enterprise data warehousing initiative, which started in January 2004 and is still ongoing, first consisted of multiple projects focusing on data
