For how long has reference data and outsourcing been part of Accenture's business focus?
We have been in the outsourcing business for well over 20 years and have been focusing on reference data since the late 90s. We realized this was a core area for buy- and sell-side institutions after we helped the SIA focus on its T+1 initiative. Since then we have delivered numerous strategy projects, data assessments, system integration projects and one-to-one outsourcing of specific data management
