Reuters Asia has reorganised its marketing group, changing the roles of many of its staff to combine regional and local responsibilities and to encourage marketers to work more closely with the local front-line business units. For many, this means dotted reporting to both local country business chiefs and to the area's regional marketing execs. Here are some of the key changes:

Mike Peace, who had been marketing manager for east Asia, has been named business development manager for transactions
