Chase Manhattan Deploys Reuters' Kobra In New York After Reuters Battles IBM And Newcomer SPNC

NEW YORK--Chase deployed Reuters' Kobra object-oriented front-end to traders' desktops in New York last Monday, industry sources say. Chase and Reuters officials decline comment upon the deployment.
The actual number of traders who got Kobra is not known, but it is likely to be in the hundreds.
