Bridge, Reuters and Sungard Settle Poaching Lawsuit Out Of Court

NEW YORK--Bridge, Reuters and Sungard announced an "amicable" end to the "poaching" lawsuits filed by Bridge and Reuters against Sungard (TTW, July 23), according to a joint press release issued last week. There was no admission of wrongdoing from any of the parties involved, and Sungard did not agree to pay any monetary damages to Bridge or Reuters.
According to a source familiar with the settlement documents, Sungard is prohibited from Sept. 1, 2001 until March 1, 2002 from hiring any Bridge
