NYSE Uses IPNetwork to Put Safety First

NEW YORK--The New York Stock Exchange is implementing a plan called SFTI, pronounced "safety," which stands for Secure Financial Transactions Initiative, unveiled at the SIA show last week. The SFTI plan, which is based on IPnetwork technology, is in response to the growing concern the financial industry has had over business continuity and disaster recovery since the terror attacks of Sept. 11.
