Smartstream Targets Germany, Opens Office in Frankfurt
ORGANIZATION AND STRATEGY
LONDON--Smartstream, a vendor of transaction management solutions, has opened an office in Frankfurt in anticipation of greater sales opportunities in the run up to T+1. It has hired Lutz Meissner as country manager.
Meissner says, "I have spent the last two months visiting our largest customers, and they are all talking about automating exception handling in all parts of the business." He says that one of the biggest problems the banks are encountering is exception handling on non-transaction
