ITG Buys Macgregor for $230M
VENDOR UPDATE
NEW YORK—Agency brokerage and block-crossing network provider ITG announced plans to purchase buy-side order management system (OMS) provider Macgregor for approximately $230 million, officials say.
The deal, which is expected to close within the next 60 to 90 days, caps a long-term relationship between the two companies, which have integrated Channel ITG, ITG's algorithmic servers, and ITG's Transaction Cost Analysis with Macgregor's OMS.
