29West Updates Its 'Latency Buster'

CHICAGO—Market data messaging software vendor 29West will this week release version 2 of its Latency Busters Messaging (LBM) software with added support for new functions and platforms at the Futures and Options Expo in Chicago, officials tell DWT.
The new release adds support for AIX, IBM's legacy implementation of the Unix operating system, the Java programming language and the Java Native Interface (JNI), officials say. The low-latency, market data delivery software is now coded in the C
