NEW YORK--Following the successful launch and rollout of its Electronic Trading Community (ETC) application, Garban-Intercapital has formed a new division to focus on the development of the group's electronic trading initiatives. Garban ETC, as the new division will be known, is headed by Steve McDermott, who has been CEO of Garban Americas since 1998.
ETC is a platform-independent Java application that offers clients access to the Garban Trading Network, a suite of front-, middle- and back
