LONDON--UK broker Collins Stewart is likely to replace its Royalblue Fidessa trading implementation with a less-expensive offering, according to a source familiar with the situation.
The end of a major deal with the London-based vendor is set to happen in spite of the firm having recently taken 21 terminals of Royalblue’s new Fidessa Workstation market data offering (Inside Market Data, March 24).
In fact, Collins Stewart is considering Thomson Financial’s Globaltopic to replace the Fidessa
