Koch To Use BT Turrets With Playback, Plans Integration With Front-End Apps

NEW YORK--Koch Industries recently purchased turrets from BT North America, the US subsidiary of British Telecommunications, that offer a voice recording playback application developed by BT.

The new turrets, which will also offer links to sales-related applications, are an effort on Koch's part to improve its level of services to its customers, says Kenneth Stott, managing director of IT at Koch Petroleum Group.

Toward that goal, BT is providing turrets with its Voice Playback to the Desk voice
