BuySideDirect Set To Launch With Nearly 100 Participants

SAN FRANCISCO--Intelligent Markets is on the verge of launching its first intelligent market for the securities industry, known as BuySideDirect. The system will go live at the end of June with nearly 100 institutional users participating.
BuySideDirect is a browser-based alternative trading system focused on the trading of illiquid instruments, particularly those in fixed income and more specifically, convertible securities. The most distinguishing feature of the system is its contingent order
