Brandman Leads Nyfix Exodus, Forms OMT

NEW YORK--After a top-level reorganization at Nyfix last autumn, Ed Brandman, along with several colleagues, left his post as head of the Renaissance Trading Technologies (RTT) unit, and has launched a financial IT consultancy called OMT Partners.
Brandman, RTT CTO Ken DeGiglio and CFO Dan Ryan--who together built the over-the-counter trading system for the former Robertson Stephens firm that later became RTT--are once again partners in an independent venture. OMT literally stands for "one more
