BARCLAYS BANK NAMES CIO
Dominic Trotta
, formerly in charge of global technology for Citibank's retail businesses, has been appointed chief information officer (CIO) of Barclays Bank. Trotta, who replaces Mike Foley, the interim CIO, will join the Barclays Operating Committee and will report to Paul Idzik, Barclays' chief operating officer (COO). Foley will become chief administrative officer of Barclays.
