Trading Systems Associates Develops TIB-to-XML Adapter
ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES
LONDON--Trading Systems Associates, a specialist consultancy for trading rooms, has developed an adapter that allows web-based applications and services to extract data from Tibco-based market data distribution and trading systems using XML.
The TIB-to-XML adapter, dubbed the Standards Integration Server (SIS), allows TIB users to leverage their existing infrastructure investments into the Internet. Currently TIB data goes via TIB application programming interfaces and protocols to proprietary
