Liffe Picks Equant To Set Up IP Network To Provide Global Access To Liffe Connect
TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
LONDON--Equant, the Amsterdam-based data network services provider, has been chosen by the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (Liffe) to provide it with an IP-based global network infrastructure.
Liffe members using the Liffe Connect electronic transaction system required global access to the platform and Equant is to build the network. Equant was chosen after Liffe considered between six and eight large international telecommunications and data network companies.
