ISE Readies VPN Connection, Terminals

NEW YORK--The International Securities Exchange (ISE) is in pilot tests with two member firms for a virtual private network (VPN) connection to its Click trader workstation, officials say.
The exchange is using the VPN solution instead of developing a Web-based version of Click.
Steven Sears, director, research and corporate affairs, says the ISE is offering the VPN solution as an alternative, lower-cost connection for firms that don’t need to receive large amounts of data over a T1 line. He says
