Brut Migrates to CSE with SunGard’s Help

NEW YORK--The Brut ECN, working closely with other SunGard companies, has migrated internally matched trade reporting capabilities from Nasdaq to the Cincinnati Stock Exchange (CSE), say officials who confirmed the move last week.

SunGard acquired Brut and its trading system a year ago (TTW, July 15, 2002), and Brut has used the increasingly close relationship to its advantage, officials say. Brut’s embrace of CSE is part of its effort to maintain low trading costs for clients, Brut officials say
