N.Y. Consultants Market Arts Sets Deal To Acquire Lotus Realtime; Do Trading Room Users Still Care?

Under an agreement that will be finalized sometime this week, Manhattan-based Market Arts Software Inc. will buy the marketing and development rights to Lotus Development Corp.'s Realtime product line. The sale ends months of uncertainty as to the future of Realtime, on which Lotus ceased development last July.

CME: CFTC OKs clearing move to Google Cloud

The CFTC has given the Chicago-based exchange approval to run its clearing and settlement infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform, while the exchange and vendor have extended their partnership to last until at least 2037.
