Group, a broker of derivatives and related securities, is partnering with CB Richard Ellis to develop a derivative market based on commercial property in Europe, officials say. The collaboration will combine CB Richard Ellis' position in property services with GFI's experience in broking new derivative products, officials say. According to company statement, CB Richard Ellis will not take a principal position in any derivative trades arranged by GFI. Property
