TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
NEW YORK--Northern Trust is in the midst of a global rollout of a web-based foreign exchange trading service, dubbed FX Passport, which it co-developed with Reuters. FX Passport is a re-tooled, enhanced version of Reuters’ automatic FX transaction system, Dealweb, which Reuters has customized for Northern.
FX Passport provides for order entry, routing and execution. Data centres in Chicago, London and Singapore running BEA Systems’ Weblogic web application servers support FX Passport transactions
