JoBette McCann is vice president of systems and development at LBI Trading Inc., a New York-based international money management and trading firm. McCann, who has a degree in psychology and an MBA in management information systems and finance, joined LBI in 1989 -- her mandate: to design and build the firm's front- and back-office systems. McCann told TST the story so far and talked about what it's like to build a trading room for a small firm.
