The Securities and Exchange Commission has at last adopted a set of rules requiring municipal bond broker/dealers to review up-to-date disclosure documents for certain of the securities they sell. The rules mandate that bond-issuers file such documents with all of the so-called nationally recognized municipal securities information repositories (a.k.a. Nrmsirs) -- and as such create an enlarged muni-data marketplace for the three vendors who currently enjoy such recognition: Bloomberg, McGraw
