Mizuho International plc, the London-based custody business of Japanese banking group Mizuho Financial, has automated its corporate actions processing in preparation for a potential ramp-up of its equities business.
Last month, the firm installed Xcitek's XSP processing platform to fully automate the process of sending notifications to clients, capturing responses, and then passing instructions to custodians, bank officials confirm.
