FISD Weighs on Exchange Fees for 'Internal' Data Use

The group is seeking to clarify what "internal" uses of market data-from use for sales and marketing purposes to feeds for developing data-consuming applications and data services used in disaster recovery facilities-qualify to be exempted from standard market data fees from exchanges (IMD, March 7; Sept. 22).
