Bursa Malaysia Amends Disclosure Rules

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad last week announced changes to its listing requirements covering announcements and circulars, in a bid to increase transparency and enhance the timeliness and quality of disclosures, officials say.

The amendments, which come into effect from November 15, will help investors to make better-informed decisions, a Bursa Malaysia spokesperson says.
