CME Group Begins Floor Consolidation
After the merger of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) in July (DWT, July 16), exchange officials decided to shutter the CME's trading floor at 20 South Wacker Drive in Chicago and move all open-outcry trading to the CBOT building at 141 West Jackson Boulevard in Chicago.
