Schneider Adopts VoIP Turrets
"It was an old system, not widely supported anymore," says Collin Coleman, IT director of Schneider Trading Associates. "We have been waiting for years for someone to develop a technology such as IP Trade's that could sit on top of our IP network and deliver the scalability and flexibility that VoIP enables," he adds.
The new turrets were integrated into Schneider's Cisco IP PBX without the need for infrastructure upgrades, and went live less than a month after internal approval of the project
