INSTINET DEBUTS TSHARE
Global agency broker Instinet has launched TShare, a program that allows institutional clients to trade with multiple brokers while consolidating their commission credits on Instinet's new Plazma commission management platform. The program aims to simplify the commission management process for both broker-dealers and institutions, say officials. Separately, Chi-X, an independent subsidiary of Instinet Europe, has announced that it has been granted trade data monitor (TDM)
