A key theme emerged from the Worldwide Business Research (WBR) TradeTech 2004 conference in Paris in April: Market participants differ markedly in their views on how electronic trading will ultimately affect the market.
Yet despite those differences, all seemed to share a common concern that liquidity is fragmenting and the industry has to learn quickly how best to tackle it, as reported in Waters’ sibling publication, Dealing with Technology.
