Don Serpico, managing director of operations at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), will retire early next year to pursue an entrepreneurial venture. Jim Krause, managing director of enterprise computing, has been named to succeed him.
In the interim, Krause will serve as managing director, operations and enterprise computing, and he will work closely with Serpico and with trading floor operations managing director Maz Chadid. Krause reports
