BARRA Inc. and Market Vision Corp.--a subsidiary of Bridge Information Systems Inc.--will jointly provide a real-time version of Barra's Unix-based equity risk analysis system, known as Riskcaster. The joint venture will rely on Market Vision's MV Link digital data distribution software for real-time market data distribution. MV Link also provides compliance with the FIX protocol, a buy/sell side messaging standard for automated order entry. The product, which was demonstrated at the Market
