BB&T renews contract with XSP for corporate actions processing

North Carolina-based financial
institution BB&T has renewed its agreement with corporate actions processing software provider XSP. It will continue to provide its XSP Corporate Actions product and BB&T will also licence the DTC Redemption and Reorganisation data files. The bank recently deployed the web-based eTRAN module for automated notification and response capture of elections. The XSP application is Swift 15022-compliant and features comprehensive data management components and workflow
