Azini Capital Snaps Up ClusterSeven

Azini acquires the whole of ClusterSeven, a provider of spreadsheet management and transparency tools.

London-based Azini Capital has acquired ClusterSeven, also based in London.

According to London-based ClusterSeven, surveys by auditors and analysts have consistently shown that over 70 percent of businesses are dependent on spreadsheets to deliver key financial information.

ClusterSeven, whose clients include a third of the industry's top 30 banks as well as a number of insurers and investment managers, was founded to help businesses cope with this dependence; its products are designed to automatically document activity to detect problems such as spreadsheet errors and
